No notifications come
Set items from which you want notification to "ON" on the "Notification" screen of the dedicated app.
In addition, you need to allow notification from apps from which you want notification, such as the dedicated app.
Setting examples on are shown below:
- Turning "Allow Notifications" on
- Turning "Show in Notification Center" on
- Changing the notification style to "Banners" or "Alerts"
- Setting "Battery optimization" to "Not optimized" for the apps sending no notification
Notifications of mail or SNS do not come.
Set "Mail" or SNS you use to "ON" on the "Notification" screen of the dedicated app.
On some models of smartphones and in some versions of OSs, you must set the mail account from which you want to get notification to the default mail account.
Ask their manufacturers or developers for further information for setting of smartphones or apps other than the dedicated app.
