The Crystron Solar Cell placed on the dial, this watch would keep working even if they were unexposed to light for the first 2 years after being fully charged.
Responsible for the environmental problems from early days, CITIZEN took its action to develop a product that eliminated the need to replace batteries. Solar cells exposed on the dial, its unique design and function got high reputations from the world. This model has become the origin of CITIZEN's Eco-Drive photovoltaic-powered watches. *This model is discontinued product.
