The CITIZEN PROMASTER line of professional sports watches offers superior functionality to ignite the imagination. The latest addition to the PROMASTER line-up is the Geo Trekker - a light-powered Eco-Drive radio-controlled watch featuring the all-new Cal. H864 movement.

CITIZEN PROMASTER was established in 1989 as a brand of watch to meet the demands of professionals active in the most challenging environments of the land, sea, and sky. The brand is celebrating its 35th anniversary in 2024. To celebrate this milestone, CITIZEN is releasing a PROMASTER Eco-Drive radio-controlled model featuring the all-new Cal. H864 movement. In addition to being an Eco-Drive radio-controlled watch, this model can display approximate times in the Northern Hemisphere by aligning the UTC disc at the 6 o’clock position, decorated with a map of the Northern Hemisphere, with the outer ring. The UTC completes one full revolution when the second hand has moved 86,400 times. The new movement was named Cal. H864 because there are 86,400 seconds in one day. The font used for the city names around the dial and the numbers on the UTC disc is inspired by lettering found on world maps and navigation charts from the Age of Discovery, making it both visually appealing and highly legible. The long, broad minute hand and bigger, bolder indices provide better readability. The minute hand, hour hand, and indices also feature a larger lume for improved visibility at night. To boost readability even further, the dial and bezel have an open design and the case has a slightly conical shape to reduce weight and emphasize the thinness of the watch. The case back is engraved with a map of the Northern Hemisphere - a feature unique to this model.
