This new Professional Diver 300 m model, based on the popular CITIZEN PROMASTER Eco-Drive Diver, is a saturation diver’s watch equipped with a helium escape valve and water resistance up to 300 meters. The watch is powered by the Cal. E365 movement that keeps on running for 365 days on a full charge, even in the harshest environments and low-light conditions encountered by divers under the sea. This new model is based on the popular BN0156-05E and inherits many of its distinctive design elements including the crown and crown guard at the 4 o’clock position, the shape of the indices and the hour and minute hands, and the silhouette of the rotating bezel. The glossy dial is inspired by the dark hues of the deep sea with its subtle transition into a deeper shade of color toward the 6 o’clock position, producing a simple yet rugged look. The strap is made of BENEBiOLTM*2, a plant-based polyurethane. CITIZEN has adopted BENEBiOL for its straps as it is resistant to hydrolysis when exposed to moisture and has a lower impact on the environment.
An image of a diving helmet is pressed into the case back as a universal symbol recognizable to professional divers everywhere.
