Time setting warning function
The watch starts moving again as it was exposed to that light and power generation started even after it stopped because of insufficient charge.
After restarting, the watch needs adjustment of the time.
When the watch restarts, it tells you it needs time adjustment by moving the minute hand in an irregular way (uneven 1-minute movement).

Normally, the minute hand moves every 15 seconds.
Charge the watch and adjust the time.
