Set the time to standard time (not summer time).

Set summer time separately.

Pull the crown out 1 step.

Check the time difference from
London for another region for
which you want to set the time.

> Refer to the time-difference quick reference chart.

●London time is the standard used for global time differences (UTC).

Select the time difference from
London shown in the quick
reference chart.

An asterisk (*) indicates a region with no signal reception.When using the watch, bear in mind that there is a monthly time variation of ±15 seconds.

Turn the crown to move the

the 0 seconds position.

Set the second hand to
the 3 seconds position.

Set the second hand to
the 5 seconds position.

Set the second hand to
the 8 seconds position.

the 13 seconds position.

the 15 seconds position.
