Alarm
Checking alarm setting
- Pull the crown out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown to set the mode hand to [AL-1] or [AL-2].
- Check alarm setting.
- Rotate the crown to set the mode hand to [TME] or [CAL].
- Push the crown in to position 0 to finish the procedure.
An area name and “(M)” appear alternately on the digital indication (L).

Turn the crown so that the mode hand will point to the center of the mode name securely.
The current alarm setting of the chosen mode is indicated on the digital indication (R).

| Area name | Alarm emits sound based on the time of the area. |
| Alarm time | The time when alarm emits sound |
| On/off of alarm | Alarm is deactivated when it is “OF” (OFF). |
| Alarm indication | Disappeared when the both two alarms are “OF” (OFF). |

After checking, change the mode of the watch to [TME] or [CAL] following the steps below.

Press and hold the lower right button A after step 2 to monitor the alarm sound.
