Using the timer
Changing the countdown time
- Pull the crown out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown to set the mode hand to [TMR].
- Pull the crown out to position 2.
- Rotate the crown to set time.
- Push the crown in to position 0 to finish the procedure.
An area name and “(M)” appear alternately on the digital indication (L).

Turn the crown so that the mode hand will point to the center of the mode name securely.
“SET” appears on the digital indication (L) and countdown time (minute) blinks on the digital indication (R).

When you rotate the crown quickly a few times, time indication will move continuously.
To stop the rapid movement, rotate the crown in either direction.
“RES” (RESET) appears on the digital indication (L).
Using the timer
- Pull the crown out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown to set the mode hand to [TMR].
- Push the crown in to position 0.
- Start measurement.
- Pull the crown out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown to set the mode hand to [TME] or [CAL].
- Push the crown in to position 0 to finish the procedure.

After finishing measurement, change the mode of the watch to [TME] or [CAL] following the steps below.
