Setting the time zone
Time zone is set by choosing an area name on this watch.
For time zone of each area, see “Table of time zones and representative places”.
Setting time zone for the digital indication

The time zone set for the digital indication has no relationship with signal reception.
- Pull the crown out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown to set the mode hand to [TME] or [CAL].
- Press and release the upper right button B or the lower right button A repeatedly to choose an area.
- Push the crown in to position 0 to finish the procedure.
An area name and “(M)” appear alternately on the digital indication (L).

Turn the crown so that the mode hand will point to the center of the mode name securely.
The area indication on the top of the digital indication (R) changes and the time and calendar of the indication change correspondingly.

Each time you press the button, area indication changes in the order on “Table of time zones and representative places”.

Pressing and holding the button changes area names continuously. Press any button to stop changing.
Setting time zone for the analog indication
The signal station to be received is decided depending on the area you set for the time of analog indication.
Set the area you want to change to to the time of the digital indication, then interchange the setting with that of the analog indication.
- Choose the area you want to set for the analog indication as the area setting for the digital indication.
- Pull the crown out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown to set the mode hand to [TME] or [CAL].
- Press and release the upper right button B and the lower right button A at the same time.
- Push the crown in to position 0 to finish the procedure.
