Important notice about the screen used for logging in the Riiiver service
Thank you very much for using CITIZEN products.
We found that some of apps we provide have trouble when trying to log in the Riiiver service using an account of SNS.

Fixed problems
“CITIZEN Eco-Drive W770”
- We fixed the problem that you were not able to log in the Riiiver service using a Google account on an Android device. (July 1, 2021)
- We released the update for fixing the problem that you were not able to log in the Riiiver service using a Facebook account on an Android device or an iOS device. Apply the update to the app to fix the problem. (July 8, 2021)

- We released the update for fixing the problem that you were not able to log in the Riiiver service using a Facebook account on an Android device. Apply the update to the app to fix the problem. (July 1, 2021)
*After applying this update, you will be able to use pictures on your device for icons of iiideas. iiideas cannot be published after that update instead.
