Movement of a hand seems strange

Second hand is pointing STOP

Power reserve is not enough and the watch is stopped.

Expose the dial to light for 30 minutes or more to charge it.

Charged enough, the second hand points SET (time setting warning function).

Adjust the time and calendar.
