I cannot execute automatic time reception.
For automatic time reception, the watch gets temporarily connected with the disconnected smartphone and takes time information.
The following or followings may be the case when automatic time reception is not available.
- The position of the crown of the watch is not 0.
- Power reserve of the watch and/or the smartphone is not enough.
- The dedicated app "CITIZEN Eco-Drive Bluetooth S" has not started.
- The smartphone does not exist within the connectable range (a few meters (some 10 feet) or so).
- Something that will block out the radio wave or generate noise exists nearby.
Try pairing again if any of above is not the case.
