Smartphone-related problems

Pairing (registration)

• Cannot execute pairing.
• Cannot pair the second smartphone.
• Cannot pair the same smartphone.
• I want to execute pairing of an already-paired (registered) smartphone from a clean state.

Connection

• I just bought the watch and I cannot connect it to my smartphone; I cannot find how to connect the watch to the smartphone.
• Connection breaks unintentionally/connection time is too short.
• I want to disconnect the watch and the smartphone.
• The watch has got disconnected with the smartphone and I want to connect them again.
• Connection of the watch and the smartphone becomes unavailable.

Notification

• No notification sound is emitted.

Dedicated app

• I want to know what I can do with the dedicated app.

• I want to know if my smartphone is compatible with the dedicated app.
• I want to know the meaning of the graphic displayed on the screen of the smartphone when it connects with the watch.
• I want to konw how to read the indication on "Light Level" screen.
• "Check the Internet connection." appears as I tap "Light Level" on the screen of the dedicated app.
• No alarm sound is emitted though I set alarm time on the app.
• The world time is not indicated on the watch though I set it on the app.
• The [Alarm] (alarm) screen is not displayed.

Others

• I want to know what I can do when the watch is connected with a smartphone.
• I cannot execute automatic time reception.

Watch

Movement of a hand seems strange

• I want to indicate the same time as that of my smartphone on the watch.

• The hands start quick movement suddenly.
• The hands move in an unexpected direction.
• The second hand does not move.
