Maintenance of the watch
Leather band
A leather band is made of natural material and will be worn, deformed and discolored over time. Replace it periodically.
Do not contact a leather band with substances containing volatile materials, bleach or alcohol such as cosmetics. It may cause discoloration, change in color and/or earlier deterioration.
Take also care of strong ultraviolet rays in direct sunlight as they may also cause discoloration and/or deformation.
- When a leather band got wet with water or sweat, wipe it off immediately using dry and soft clothes, not rubbing but blotting them.
- If you get irritation on the skin, stop using the watch immediately and replace the band with that of other materials (metal, urethane, etc.).
- When wearing, do not put on the band too tightly. Try to leave enough space between the band and your skin to allow adequate ventilation.
