Dedicated app

The dedicated app does not work stably.

When the dedicated app “CITIZEN Eco-Drive W510 (former name: CITIZEN Eco-Drive Riiiver)” seems to work unstably after successful pairing and connection such as some functions are not available, below may be possible causes. Try the following remedies in sequence.

The dedicated app is not up to date.Update the dedicated app.
The firmware of the watch is not up to date.Execute firmware update on the [My watch] screen of the dedicated app.

Ask their manufacturers or developers for further information on operation of smartphones and their OS and installation of apps.

The menu item becomes gray and you cannot execute firmware update when the firmware of the watch is up to date.
