Thank you for using the CITIZEN CONNECTED W510 watch.

It was found that the log data of activity monitor and others stored on the dedicated app had not been saved on our cloud server since March 29, 2023.

Because of the problem, for the moment the data will be lost and will not be transferred to a new environment if you replace your smartphone with a new one or remove the dedicated app and install it again.

This problem will be fixed at server maintenance on March 18, 2024. However, log data which had already been lost will not be recovered.

We are very sorry for inconvenience.
