Cannot receive time signals

• The second hand does not point “RX”.
• Reception result indicated is always “NO” after reception.

Movement of a hand seems strange

• Time/calendar is incorrect.
• Time/calendar becomes incorrect soon after manual adjustment.
• The function hand does not indicate day of week.
• The hands start quick movement suddenly.
• The hands move in an unexpected direction.
• The second hand does not move.
• The second hand moves once every two seconds.

Summer time

• The summer time setting does not change automatically.
• I don’t want to change the summer time setting automatically.

Alarm does not work.

• No alarm sound is emitted.
• Alarm sounds at an incorrect moment.

The watch cannot be operated

• The crown and buttons do not work.
• Pressing a button causes no reaction.
