Cannot receive time signals

Reception result indicated is always “NO” after reception.

Below may be possible causes. Try the following remedies in sequence.

CauseRemedies
Time signals do not cover the area where you are.Check whether the time signals are receivable in the area referring to “When receiving the time signal” and try again.
The reception environment is not good. Put the watch near a window which is facing to the signal station and do not move it until reception is finished.
The watch is moved before signal reception is completed. Do not move the watch until signal reception is completed. (It may take up to 15 minutes to receive time signals.)
