Troubleshooting

Cannot receive time signals

• The chronograph 1/20 second hand does not point “RX”.
• Reception result indicated is always “NO” after reception.

Movement of a hand seems strange

• Cannot check the power reserve.
• Cannot check reception result.
• Day of week is not indicated.
• Time/calendar is incorrect.
• Time/calendar becomes incorrect soon after manual adjustment.
• The hands move in an unexpected direction.
• The second hand does not move.
• The second hand moves once every two seconds.

The watch cannot be operated

• The crown and buttons do not work.
• Pressing a button causes no reaction.
