Pairing (registration)

Cannot execute pairing.

Below may be possible causes. Try the following remedies in sequence.

Power reserve is not enough.
(The second hand moves every two-second.)
Charge the watch.
The crown is not in position 0.Push the crown in to position 0.
The flight mode of the watch is activated.Deactivate the flight mode.
Bluetooth on your smartphone is turned off.Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
Bluetooth sharing on your smartphone is turned off.Turn on Bluetooth sharing on your smartphone.
The GPS function of your smartphone (Android) is turned off.Turn on the GPS function on your smartphone.
The OS of your smartphone and/or the dedicated app “CITIZEN Eco-Drive W510 (former name: CITIZEN Eco-Drive Riiiver)” are not up to date.Update the OS of your smartphone and/or the dedicated app.

If you cannot execute pairing even after trying things above, remove the pairing information (Eco-Drive Riiiver) of the Bluetooth setting on your smartphone and try pairing again.
