Electronics products always come with an instruction manual.
They’re bulky, seldom referred to, and not very eco either.
Starting on October 1, 2020,
CITIZEN digitised all its watch instruction manuals*.
Our instruction manuals used to be thick booklets because
we had to cover so many topics and different people’s needs:
everything from components’ names to maintenance
for people who understand watches and for people who don’t.
Digitising our 9-language instruction manuals
doesn’t just mean reduced waste and CO2 emissions.
Provided there’s an Internet connection,
you can access the manual from anywhere,
to get precisely the information you need,
exactly when you need it.
A better user experience and a reduction in trash.
We’re always on the lookout for smart ways to save the planet.
