Cannot receive time signals

• The second hand does not point “RX”.
• Reception result indicated is always “NO” after reception.

Movement of a hand seems strange

• The indication of the time is incorrect.
• Time becomes incorrect soon after manual adjustment.
• Summer time and the standard time do not switch automatically.
• The hands start quick movement suddenly.
• The hands move in an unexpected direction.
• The second hand does not move.
• The second hand moves once every two seconds.

The watch cannot be operated

• The crown and buttons do not work.
• Pressing a button causes no reaction.
